Construction and Controls:
All exterior surfaces are stainless steel.
The ultrasonic and rinse chamber are fabricated stainless steel.
A mechanical timer control is located at the front right hand side and should be set as per operating instructions.
A circuit breaker with a rating of 15 amps is also fitted for circuit protection and personal safety.
The mains plug/socket outlet is located at the side of the unit, which allows the operator to remove the connection when the unit needs to be re-located.
The units should always be positioned to allow for plenty of circulation.
A double valve drain outlet is located at the opposite end of the unit.
General Cleaning:
If the contamination is heavy and difficult to remove a pre rinse in a heated bath could be sufficient enough to soften and loosen unwanted debris in preparation for the ultrasonic cleaning.
It essential that a final wash be preformed to remove any residue that remains on the cleaned parts.
Don’t Overloading the machine.
A reasonable amount of spacing is necessary in and round the parts to be cleaned. The majority of the ultrasonic energy originates from the base of the tank so it is advisable not to double stack items, creating barriers for sound wave access. A consequence of overloading reduces efficiency of the clean thus increases cleaning time frames.
